“There is nothing like staying at home for real comfort”

Residential

We know that your home is a special place; a place for family; a place for entertaining friends; a place to feel safe; a place to relax; a place in which to feel proud. Our company helps Residents to extend their properties; to build conservatories; to improve internal and external spaces; to adapt and convert facilities for the elderly or those with disabilities, in other words, we help to make homes bigger, more beautiful and better suited to needs. We understand that architects and homeowners depend upon us turning their ideas and plans into reality, being there when we say we will be, keeping mess and disturbance to a minimum and creating fabulous spaces quickly and cost-effectively.

Property extension to existing farmhouse

Opportunity: The owners of this beautiful farmhouse wished to enhance their 200 year old property by creating a larger living and entertaining space so that they could better enjoy the open aspect at the rear and add value to their home.

Activity: Davies built a spacious new lounge and conservatory to the rear of the farmhouse. All works were in keeping with this historic property.

Results: The additional space added value to the property, but more importantly has since enhanced the enjoyment and lifestyle of its owners.

Bathroom Adaptations

Opportunity: Elderly and less-abled individuals often wish to stay in their own homes rather than move to specialist homes or accommodation when they, or their carers, become less able to manage for their basic needs.

Activity: Government DLA (Disability Living Allowance) grants are available to help less-abled people make bathroom improvements. Davies alters existing facilities and installs low-level access showers to create safe, user-friendly wet rooms in private homes.

Results: Elderly and less-abled individuals are able to stay in their own homes for longer.
