Opportunity: Burleigh Stone is sited on a large plot which included some old, brick-built stable buildings. The company recognised that it could develop and grow its income by converting the stables into rentable business premises.
Activity: Davies converted the stable buildings into self-contained industrial units, building four offices of various sizes together with toilets and storage space. Externally Davies landscaped the site and created a parking area.
Results: Burleigh Stone now operates in an improved environment and has developed a new income stream

Results: Holland Business Park now has two additional modern, up-to-date and state of the art offices, and their customer is delighted to have been able to grow their business whilst staying in the same location.
